A native of Maryland, Raina relocated to the Virginia area to be closer to family and friends. Her experience in helping others reach their financial goals began with a career as an Investment Broker. After seven successful years she wanted to expand her expertise to include the mortgage industry. Her perspective of utilizing a home as an asset for further financial growth has proven to be successful. In the last 3 years Raina has helped many people purchase primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Her interests also include Commercial Lending. Her philosophy is "Everyone can and SHOULD own a home."
