Kevin Onizuk is Managing Director and President of Breakwater Mortgage. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Kevin Onizuk began his career in the mortgage industry in 1994 and has worked for companies such as Beneficial Finance, First Union Mortgage and Conseco Finance. In 2003 he co-founded Breakwater Mortgage with Dan Wood and Jay Popejoy. Breakwater mortgage currently has offices in Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, Virginia. Kevin and the Breakwater Mortgage team are dedicated to providing the highest level of service available in the mortgage industry.

Kevin Onizuk has worked in a variety of positions in the mortgage lending industry from loan officer to district sales manager. He uses his thorough understanding of the loan process to provide outstanding sales support and customer service. Kevin is dedicated to finding the best products, programs and interest rates for all of his clients. His belief in open, honest communication facilitates the smoothest loan process available from application, to approval, to closing.

Kevin lives in Williamsburg with his wife Heather and his two daughters, Makenzie and Raegan, and his son Chase. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his son and daughters.
