Jennifer Ross worked with Beneficial Finance in Williamsburg and Suffolk, Virginia before joining the Breakwater Mortgage team in 2005. Prior to her experience in the mortgage industry, Jennifer was a branch manager for Tuxedo Junction, an evening wear and wedding service company. Jennifer also has a degree in massage therapy from Tri State College in Ohio.

Jennifer believes in developing long-term relationships with her mortgage clients. She frequently visits them in their homes, and meets family members. During the loan process, she makes herself available to her clients for questions anytime. Jennifer selects the best mortgage products for her clients' individual needs and find solutions quickly to expedite the loan process.

Jennifer has a daughter named Bailey Marie. Her brother, James Conkle, is serving in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot in Spain.

Jennifer is one of the "Loan officer for the stars." Nedra Telley-Ross of the Ronnettes is one of her clients.
