Jay R. Popejoy has an extensive educational background in financial and mortgage lending. He has received B.S. Degrees in Marketing and Business Education and is currently finishing an M.B.A. program in Accounting. Jay has 19 years of professional experience involving banking, finance, logistics management, civil affairs, and International development. Former employers include HSBC and Beneficial Finance/Household Intl. Jay R. Popejoy is currently Managing Partner of Breakwater Mortgage Corp. in Virginia Beach and Williamsburg,Virginia. He is also a senior staff officer for the US Army (Army Logistics).
